Parliament Delegation visits Iraqi Embassy KRG

On Friday 19 March 2010, a KRG Parliamentary delegation presided by Dr. Kamal Karkouki visited the Embassy of the Republic of Iraq in London. The delegation consisted of a number of KRG Parliamrnt MPs and the high Representative of KRG to the UK, Ms Bayan Sami Abdul Rahman. The delegation was welcomed at the Embassy by HE the Charge de Affaires Mr AbdulMuhaimen Al-Oraibi, Dr. Shereen Fu’ad Ma’soum /2nd Secretary, the Head of Consular Affairs at the Embassy Mr. Hasanain Hadi /2nd Secretary and the other diplomats of the Embassy: Mr Yesar Abdul Hadi Al-Hakim /3rd secretary and Mr. Ahmed Hashim Salih /attaché. They discussed the Embassy’s activities and the services it offers the Iraq community in London not to mention the appreciation of the widely echoed success of the Parliamentary election. The delegation was on an official visit to the UK by an invitation from the Speaker of the British Parliament.
